We are proud to say that our commitment to our clients has earned us the moniker of “The Builder With a Conscience.” This title was suggested by a very happy customer who was thrilled with her buying experience and her new home. We are honored to include this as part of our motto and to continue our legacy of excellence and integrity in the home building industry.
Our “hands-on” owner, Henry Dekort, and his wife Donna have been fulfilling the dreams of new homeowners for 38 years. With his wealth of experience and expertise in the industry, Henry has coordinated the construction of hundreds of new homes in the Calgary area. We believe that stepping out of our comfort zone is essential to our success, and Henry has always led by example.

In his mid-life crisis, Henry embarked on numerous acreage developments and land development projects in Chestermere, Okotoks, and Vulcan. His almost-senior crisis took him and his son, Matt, to Las Vegas, where they built a large condo development. Despite initial skepticism from bankers and other industry experts, the project was completed on time, below budget, and profitable.
Now, in his senior years, Henry is more committed than ever to coordinate the building of new homes and developing land in Vulcan. As a builder with a conscience, we are dedicated to ensuring that every home we build is beautiful, functional, and leaves you satisfied.
